Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying amount (if applicable — update with your threshold).
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Electronic Treasure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [morganthorgun999@gmail.com] with photos of the damage.
